Our beef is all grass fed, naturally reared and dry aged from our partner pals in Wiltshire. Our chicken, is naturally reared from the happiest free range, clucking chickens there are and finally, not forgetting, our award winning Hampshire breed of pork is a huge hit!
The Canadian lobster has been selected due to the consistent quality and ethical fishing methods of our fellow pals in nova scotia. The lobsters make their trip to us from the Atlantic ocean and are stored fresh in their very own 5* lobster hotels, (with 24 hour room service) at Nosh & Quaff hq. When in season we use native lobster as we really care about food miles...
Our quality even comes right down to our free-range eggs and our bread buns (that are baked daily). Everything's natural – no additives, no colouring – everything’s produced to our own tasty recipes!
